Please find below some of the most frequently asked questions about our prestige and supercar hire services. Please have a look and see if your question can be answered here. if not, please feel free to contact us either by submitting an enquiry, sending us an email, Live Chat or by phone. 

Is fuel included with the hire?

No, complimentary fuel is not included in the price. Please return the car to us with the same amount of fuel as when the hire started.

Is insurance provided with the hire?

Yes, fully comprehensive self-drive hire insurance for two drivers is included in the price.

Is there a Security Deposit to pay when I take the car?

Yes, the security deposit for each vehicle is listed on our Tariff page The security deposit is done as a Pre-Authorisation on a Debit or Credit card. The amount of the deposit will need to be available as funds on whichever card is used.

How much is it for a second driver?

Second driver is included free of charge. Additional drivers are chargeable at £30 incl. VAT per day. Maximum of two drivers on all Supercars.

Can the second driver be under the minimum age for driving the car?

No, all drivers need to be over the minimum age shown to drive that particular car. This is an insurance stipulation and cannot be changed.

Can the cars be taken into Europe?

Yes, we can provide fully comprehensive insurance for driving in Europe at additional cost. Please contact us for a personalised quotation.

Is European Insurance Included?

No, please contact us for a quotation.

How many miles per day do I get with the hire?

The standard mileage allowance is 100 miles per day on all cars.

Can I purchase additional mileage?

Yes, Excess miles are charged at the rate shown on our Tariff page. Pre-booked mileage is offered at a 50% discount but un-used pre-booked mileage is non-refundable.

Can I collect the car instead of paying for delivery and collection?

Yes, you can collect the car free of charge during our normal business hours. However, your mileage allowance starts from when you take possesion of the car, so please calculate your mileage to see if this fits in with your overall mileage allowance. You may find that the additional mileage costs are more than the delivery and collection charges.

I am under the 25/30 age requirement or over the 65/70 bracket for the vehicles, can I still hire?

Possibly - this will depend on how close you are to the age requirements and on your driving record and relevant experience of driving similar cars. Please contact us to discuss further.

I have under 5 years driving experience, can I still hire?

There are certain cars that are available to drivers with less than 5 years experience. These are the cars that are available to drivers aged 25 years and over. Please see our Tariff page for a full list.

If I am hiring from an Airport, where do I meet your driver on arrival and departure?

We do not operate from the airport car rental hubs, we offer a personalised "meet and greet" service so that you can avoid any queues and delays at the car rental desks. The location will be by arrangement with your driver, please make sure that you provide a mobile number that will work on your arrival into the UK. We will also provide the number of our driver to you.

I have more than 6 points on my license, or a drink driving ban or a conviction for driving with no insurance, can I still hire a car?

Possibly - we will have to submit an insurance referral to our underwriters. Acceptance will depend on how long ago and what the endorsements were obtained for.

Can I reduce the Security Deposit and Insurance Excess by paying more?

No, we do not offer a Colission Damage Waiver (CDW). Deposits are taken by Pre-Authorisation on a Credit or Debit card.

Can I drive the car, under the required age, if I am the second driver?

No, to be insured on the car, all drivers must conform to the minimum age requirements.

is there a discount available for hiring more than one car at the same time?

Discounts for hiring more than one car are available, please contact our sales team for further information.

Do you do longer term hires?

Yes, long-term hires are possible at preferential rates. However, we do not compete with long-term lease rates.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available for Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Christmas etc. It can either be a monetary value or for a specific car for a specific period. Alternatively, vouchers for our 6 Car Supercar Days are available from our sister company, Dreamcar Events.

Do you offer a chauffeur service?

We offer a limited chauffeur service within 25 miles of our Hertfordshire base (includes Central London). However, outside of this area, it becomes unviable. Please contact us for further information.

What is the minimum hire length?

The minimum hire period is 24 hours midweek (hire starting Monday through to Thursday) and 48 Hours at the weekend (Hire starting Friday or Saturday). During the Summer months, the minimum hire period at the weekend is 72 hours (3 days). Summer months are May, June, July and August.
