Finished in luxurious midnight blue along with DBS upgrades and stylish black leather upholstery and not forgetting the savage V12 grunt, this suave and sophisticated motor demonstrates the legendary brand's ethos of power, beauty and soul perfectly.
It's not too brash and not too flash either but it is absolutely exquisite from all angles. The old saying of 'the iron fist in the velvet glove' is very fitting for the DB9. Quintessentially British.
As I cruised along the more prestigious and glamorous parts of London (Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington etc) I received many admiring glances and smiles and thumbs of approval (unlike other hand gestures you can get driving other Supercars) from other motorists who would kindly slow down and give way for me to pass by.
