It's been so busy here recently that our blogs have dropped off. That's not because we forgot about you all, it's just taht there isn't enough hours in the day.
At this time of year, London becomes a car hire heaven with a huge influx of tourists from all over, but especialy the Middle-East. Supercars emerge from their winter garages and can be seen up and down Park Lane as if it were a day int Monaco, and the Dorchester Hotel becomes one of the very best venues to spot ultra rare cars like the McLaren MP4,Ferrari 458 Italia and Bugatti Veyron all of which can be hired from Premiere Velocity. If you are really fortunate, you may see one of the first McLaren's all be it in the showroom at One Hyde Park! Only last week I manged to spot the Aston Martin 177 which is certainly a head turner pacing through Knightsbridge passed Harrods.

The Ferrari 458 Italia Has Landed

Best news of the year so far, our Ferrari 458 Italia has finaly arrived!
To say that this car is an engineering leap in the Supercar industry is a gross understatement. I have just finished my first day driving the 458 and then jumped into the F430 and it feels like Ferrari have jumped two generations of car.
This Ferrari will flatter average drivers and make good drivers feel like they are ready to assume poll at Silverstone next to Lewis Hamilton. And this is possible because you can now hire the Ferrari 458 Italia from Premiere Velocity.
The power delivery is shockingly smooth and at low speed and revs you could be mistaken for thinking you were in a Mercedes, but that is soon shot from your imagination when you press the loud pedal and every hair and goose pimple on your flesh makes an appearence, it really is that good. Admittedly, the media system will take some getting used to as it is very fiddly, but who cares when the V8 is sitting about 18 inches behind you.
Lamborghini have been ruling the roost in recent years as far as I am concerened, but there is a new Prancing Horse in town that has just picked up the bulls reigns and rode it out of town.
Le Mans Launch Party with Premiere Velocity

Premiere Velocity are the proud sponsors of this years 100 Membership Le Mans Rally. There are 14 team plus security, presenters, film crew, photographers and staff waiting to cut the ribbon on this 3rd annual event, they will be joined by the Mayor of Gravesham to officially start this wonderful event.
Run in conjunction with exclusive concierge specialists 100 Membership, UCP Group and 'The Player' bookazine, this years event promises to be a great one with some great entry vehicles sourced from all the big Supercar manufacturers.
Team Premiere Velocity will be using the new lamborghini LP560 Bicolore for the event and we will be present at the launch event on the 8th June at Spearmint Rhino.
As you all know by now, this is a charity event and has already raised over £20,000 selected charities.
Peter Jones Foundation Charity Golf Day

We are delighted to be one of the sponsors along with Alfa Romeo for the charity golf day at Brocket Hall for the Peter Jones Foundation.
Many sports personalities from past and present along with some celebrities will be in attendence to make for what promises to be a fantastic day, as long as the sun shines!
Premiere Velocity will be at the event with a Ferrari F430 Spyder which we are donating to the auction for a weekends hire. Good causes always benefit from events like this and we hope to be part of some future events.
We'll be posting pictures of the day up after the event.
We will also be doing something similar for the Breast Cancer Care charity in October so keep tuned.....
