Here at Premiere Velocity, we do love a Lamborghini! Lamborghini hire is possibly one of the most popular supercar rental searches in the UK. For the last few years we have watched our famed LP560 Bicolore and Spyder become our most popular vehicles throughout the hire calendar and give some of our excellent clients the time of their life. In light of this, it's only fitting we celebrate the 50th Anniversary in style, so what better way than to kick off the next 50 years of Lamborghini history but with the arrival of a new Lamborghini built specifically to commemorate this special supercar birthday.
Our stunning new LP570-4 Edizione Tecnica is presented in Rosso Mars (devil red!) against black stripes, roof and gunmetal alloys. This very rarelimited edition will be available to rent immediately through Premiere Velocity and is one of only 5 in the UK presented in this colour. So...the all important differences over the already savage LP560 start with an extra 18bhp (up from 552 to 570) not much in the grand scheme of things, but when you consider that the Edizione weighs almost 200kg less than the 560, the differences begin to show. In addition to this, the gearbox has been beefed up with faster shift times than the old box, and the exterior is awash with sumptuous carbon goodies. Bare carbon doors, mirrors, rear wing and side skirt extensions, it’s clear to see that this specific model has a lot in common with its race car big brother, the GT3 Super-Trofeo, a car that cuts its teeth at every year Le-Mans! The interior also keeps up with the race car theme with almost everything lavished in gorgeous alcantara, and the rather uncomfortable leather seats have now beenreplaced with fixed alcantara buckets trimmed in red to accentuate the cars outrageous colour scheme.
All this savagery can also be experienced alfresco, as we have opted for the convertible version of Lamborghini's final showcase before the face-lift Gallardo makes its real debut. Overall, we are all very excited to have such an incredible addition to our expanding rental fleet, happy birthday Lamborghini and happy summer time PV!!

With the Geneva Motor Show leaving car fans across the globe in a state of wonderment, It's only fair that we take a little time to reflect on just how far the game has moved on. With cars like the 458 Italia and McLaren MP4 on our fleet, you can imagine we have a relatively good idea of speed. However with the release of the new McLaren P1 and the 'LaFerrari' F150, the pride of our fleet is looking a little.....slow. Both boasting a Hybrid/Combustion style power unit with a whole host of trick Aero and carbon goodies, these two Hypercars absolutely stolethe show. In comparison, the MP4 puts out 616bhp and hits 62 in just over 3 seconds, and the fabled 458 puts out 562bhp from its wonderful V8 and hits 62 in around the same time. Both these vehicles are monstrously fast and more often than not, leave our customers in love and usually a little humbled. However, McLaren's new P1 pumps out a faintly ridiculous 727bhp from its MP4 derived power unit, and thanks to its electric assisted motor it still has another 177bhp to give. With 900bhp on tap and a power to weight ratio that sits lower than the MP4, it's almost hard to comprehend the type of acceleration this car will be capable of.
In addition to this, Ferrari's new Enzo replacement (the F150) has a staggering 789bhp from a screaming N/A V12. With the assistance of an F1 inspired KI-KERS system that stores and builds kinetic energy whilst the vehicle is driven, this new prancing horse is feverishly close to 1000bhp! People have compared these technological showcases to the Bugatti Veyron and others of the same like, however, when you consider the Veyron hits 186mph in a little over 18 seconds, both the
Ferrari and the McLaren will do it in under 17 seconds, the Bugatti is beginning to look a little like a turbo charged VW Beetle. This kind of technology can only be transferred and replicated into the coming models from both manufacturers which gives us all hope that soon at PV, we will have the chance to offer a little more of what the of McLaren and Ferrari really have to offer.
Probably not the P1 or the F150 though....anyone have £1million going spare??

Not exactly the most encouraging start to spring, but you can still get around by making use of a hire 4x4. With a delivery service that covers the UK, we can the prestige 4x4 to your doorstep with just a quick phone call to one of our sales team. Our staff can suggest what they believe will suit you best depending on your trip, needs and number of passengers. We have quite a few 7 seat 4x4 rental options that are still very luxurious such as the Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE, Audi Q7 S-Line Plus or BMW X5 M-Sport. Not only can these carry all the passengers in comfort but they still have that prestige emblem on the front grill, meaning all the creature comforts that will make the whole experience better.
For most clients that hire a 4x4, the public road is where they will do their driving, and all our fleet do that with ease, but if the weather takes a turn for the worse then the king of the road and hills has to be the Land Rover Discovery or one of the Range Rover fleet, including the Evoque which is happily at home in the worse conditions the UK has to offer. Don't forget the all new Range Rover which has already won loads of awards and the ever popular Sport....all available to hire from Premiere Velocity.

The prestige, luxury and supercar hire / rental sector is rife with brokers, bedroom pretenders and worse of all, uninsured vehicles.
Many clients ask us why they have to pay more with us for their prestige car hire, and the answer is self-explanatory.....like most things in life, you get what you pay for.
1: All our cars are covered by a fully comprehensive 'self-drive hire or reward' policy.
2: We do not keep any stock over 2/3 years old or 25,000 miles
3: We own ALL of our fleet, unlike some companies that make similar claims.
4: We stock the most up to date variants and limited editions.
5: Our rates are completely transparent.
6: We operate as Hertz Supercars. Trusted by the largest rental brand in the world.
7: Polite staff with an extensive knowledge of the whole fleet and experience behind the wheel.
8: The entire fleet is maintained to the highest standard at a 9000 sq ft facility.
9: Real staff and real people, not a call centre or PO Box address.
10: Our images are of our vehicles on our premises, library images are only used when we are expecting a new car which has not yet arrived on site....peace of mind.
Our advice when hiring a Supercar or arranging a prestige rental is that you confirm who owns the car? Ask to see the insurance policy, after all; it's your life and finances that are at risk, not the unscrupulous brokers. Go and see the hire car before you pay, if you can't then ask yourself why? Visit the companies premises and make sure that you are dealing with a legitimate company.
Happy hiring and we are all looking forward to seeing you in 2013.
